Les règles qui gardent Privatt sûr, légal et équitable pour tous.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of privatt.com and the services we provide (the "Service"). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Privatt is an encrypted storage product. When you use a device-held encryption mode ("Your devices only" or "Two-key vault"), your files are end-to-end encrypted with keys we never receive, which means we cannot see, monitor, or review the contents of your vault. Because of this, you are solely responsible for everything you store, upload, encrypt, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Service, including its legality and your right to possess and store it. The privacy the Service provides is not a shield for unlawful activity.
You may not use the Service to store, upload, transmit, or share any content that:
You may not, and may not attempt to:
Each plan includes a defined amount of stored data and a download (egress) allowance per billing period. These allowances exist to keep the Service fast and fairly priced for everyone. If you reach your storage limit, further uploads are blocked until you free space or upgrade. Your download (egress) allowance is a fair-use guideline rather than a hard cut-off: exceeding it does not by itself pause your downloads, but it flags your account for review, and we may rate-limit your downloads or, for sustained or abusive use, restrict or suspend your download access. Deliberately structuring your use to operate a public distribution or streaming service through the Service is a violation of this Policy regardless of whether you remain within a numeric allowance.
If you believe content or activity on the Service violates this Policy, contact us at support@privatt.com. For copyright complaints, use the process and designated agent described in our Copyright Policy (copyright@privatt.com).
We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing or disabling access to content where we are technically able, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting activity to and cooperating with law enforcement. Because end-to-end encrypted vaults are not readable by us, our primary remedy for those vaults is suspension or termination of the account rather than removal of individual files.
Where we terminate an account for a violation of this Policy or our Terms of Service, you are not entitled to a refund of any prepaid fees. We may change this Policy from time to time, as described in our Terms of Service.
